TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. CAR RESERVATION
   ● The full rental amount shall be paid for the reservation of a car
   ● Reservation can be made ONLINE on the webpage www.cun.md or at the office of CUN
   Auto Rentals
2. RENTAL PAYMENT
   ● We accept ONLINE payment methods such as PayPal and/or credit card
   ● We also accept credit card payments (VISA or MasterCard) at the office of CUN Auto
   Rentals
   ● The rental payment can be also made by bank transfer
3. PLEDGE
   ● When handing over the car, the client must leave a pledge for the entire lease period
   ● The client shall recover his/her pledge when the returning the car and signing the car
   objections-free acceptance report
   ● The pledge may be paid only by a credit card (VISA or MasterCard)
4. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
   ● Valid ID card
   ● Valid driving license, valid for at least 36 months
   ● Valid credit card in the client’s name.
5. DRIVER’S AGE
   ● The minimum age of the driver who can rent a car is 21 years old
6. ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
   ● Up to 3 additional drivers per contract are accepted
   ● Additional drivers have the same rights and obligations as the main driver
7. INSURANCE
   ● All cars are covered by CASCO and RCA (Compulsory Liability Insurance)
   ● CASCO insurance provides for a franchise (deductible) in case of damage, payable by
   the client
8. CROSS BORDER WITH THE RENTED CAR
   ● The rented cars are intended for use on the territory of the European Union and also in
   the Republic of Moldova, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
   ● The use of our cars outside of the states mentioned above, is forbidden.
9. MILEAGE
   ● For the first day of rent, the maximum of 300 km is included in the rental price. Eachadditional day of rent, the accepted mileage decreases by 25 km per day, until the limit of 100 km per day.
   ● Exceeding the mileage limit will be charged according to the type of the rented car.
